a) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by A2K Technologies payment in full must be made before dispatch. Payment for Services invoiced separately are payable on receipt of invoice.
b) In the event that A2K Technologies agrees to extend credit terms to the Customer, Customer agrees to pay for the Products and Services within the approved payment terms and if the account becomes overdue, in addition to A2K Technologies other remedies, the supply of any further Products or Services to Customer is automatically suspended until all overdue accounts are paid and payment terms for any such further Products or Services revert to payment before dispatch
c) A surcharge of 1.5% applies for payment by Visa and Mastercard. Note that a 2.5% merchant fee is applicable for AMEX card payments.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
(a) A2K Technologies will not accept cancellation of orders without specific authorisation in writing.
(b) Cancellation of subscriptions will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of acceptance of order.
(c) Cancellation fee of 20 % of the total amount will apply in all cases where orders are cancelled.
(d) Deposit will be forfeited in all cases when orders are cancelled.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
a) A2K Technologies will not accept any Products returned without prior authorisation and the allocation of an RA number which must be quoted on the returned goods.
b) Products may be authorised for return as new only if returned in perfect condition within seven (7) days from invoice date.
c) All returns are subject to testing before any credit may be granted. Products not returned in the same condition as delivered may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee.
d) A2K Technologies is under no obligation to accept the return of Products which were purchases especially for the Customer and which were not sold ex-stock.
